Sarah Keeth Sherwood (Oklahoma)

“Figuring out who you are and what you want out of life can feel overwhelming—maybe even uncomfortable. But growth often happens in those uncomfortable spaces, and I’m here to help you through it.”

Hi, I’m Sarah Sherwood, LMSW practicing in Oklahoma, and I believe therapy should be a place where you can show up as your whole, authentic self—even if you don’t have everything figured out yet. Life throws all kinds of challenges our way, and sometimes it’s hard to know where to start. That’s where I come in.

I specialize in helping people rediscover who they are, especially when life’s experiences—like trauma, tough transitions, or just feeling stuck—have made it hard to see the path forward. Together, we’ll focus on overcoming obstacles, reconnecting with your values, and building a sense of identity that feels true to you.

Therapy isn’t always easy, but it’s worth it. We’ll work together in a laid-back, supportive space where you can be honest, vulnerable, and open without judgment. My approach blends my background in trauma and personal growth work with practical strategies and genuine conversation to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.

How I Can Help:

•You feel stuck and unsure of your next step.

•You’re navigating big changes and want to make sense of your path.

•You’re ready to reconnect with your strengths and build a life that feels aligned with who you are.

If any of this resonates with you, I’d love to help you explore what’s next. Therapy can feel hard, but you don’t have to go through it alone. Let’s uncover what’s possible—together.

Your next chapter starts here. Let’s take the first step.
