CARE Homes
Our homes are semi-independent which means residents are capable of safely cooking their own meals, are responsible for taking their own medications, are able to maintain proper hygiene including laundry services, can live in an unsupervised environment, and do not need round the clock care. Our homes are sober living on an off the premises. All residents are responsible for their own food and hygiene products. Care Homes provides basic home essentials such as laundry soap, fabric softener, cleaning supplies, etc. By filling out this application, you certify that you can meet these requirements. Upon receipt of this application, if a room is available, we will pre-screen through a phone interview. We also coordinate with case managers, CBRS workers, Peer Support Specialists, PO’s and other members of a residents care team. This application is HIPAA compliant and can be fully completed online.
